Inside Sales Representative
Position Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) market the complete
line of Business Solution Group (BSG) products to business customers. Activity
is a result of inbound referrals from the Business Sales Center and BSG websites
(60%) as well as outbound marketing campaigns (40%). Responsible for managing
the activity of inbound and outbound calls to deliver the complete line of
Verizon voice, data, video, IP and Voice/Data CPE products. Resolves customer
issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for needs analysis, creating
custom proposals, RFPs, accurate pricing and network configuration for network
and voice/data CPE.
• 80% Proactively managed the attainment of annual revenue
through the execution of a sales plan in adherence to Verizon’s Standards of
Performance (SoP). Accountable for balanced sales performance across the voice,
data and affiliate bucket, which ranges from low complexity POTS and Centrex
service through to Verizon’s high-complexity data offerings such as
Voice-over-IP (VoIP), Private IP (PIP), and SONET. Retain existing Verizon
revenues through successful solution selling skills.
• 10% Provide entry-point support for complex issues for
unmanaged customers. Interfaces with and is proficient using One Source for
account planning and order initiation.
• 10% Maintains levels of expertise in customer and
marketing product knowledge, pricing and tariff options via on the job training
and seminars.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 1 year of proven inside business to business
sales experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of call center experience
• Excellent organizational skills.
Desired Skills:
• Degree (2 or 4 year) is strongly preferred
