Telecom Technician

Candidates will be expected to provide the following IT/Networking/Telecommunications support at the Tier-1/Tier-2 level:
* CISCO systems
* Ericsson ATM systems
* Juniper systems
* Cryptographic systems both IP and ATM
* Government owned or other satellite systems
* Tier-1 support for power (generator) and A/C systems
* Tier-1 support for government UHF crisis communications network
* Tier-1 support for mission unique/bigoted systems
Additional duties will include:
* Regular testing of alternate communications paths
* Testing of an Off-Station Package (OSP) contingency communications package
* Provide primary or alternate crypto custodian duties
* Be on-call with a 2-hour response time
* Carry cell phones and/or pages at all times
Position Requirements:
* Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be prepared to work with mission managers from across the intelligence community and other government agencies.
* Significant discretion and confidentiality to protect highly sensitive government programs that are bigoted and classified at the TS/SCI level.
* Work normal 8-9 hours days, Monday through Friday. Hours may be staggered to provide extended coverage, and overtime may be required.
Experience Level requirements:
* Senior Level: 9+ years of relevant experience as listed above
* Journeyman Level: 5-8 years of relevant experience as listed above
* Entry Level: 1-4 years of relevant experience as listed above
